Our plant is located in the clean environs of Nalagarh, in the hills of Himachal Pradesh, India. The plant was designed under expert guidance from Fuba of Germany, one of the largest manufacturers of PCBs in the world. The present installed capacity is 30,000 square metres per year, with a mix of multi-layered, double-sided and single-sided PCBs.   The entire factory, with the exception of the Wet Process Area, is fully air-conditioned and dustcontrolled. We have a compressed air capacity of 2x120+1x80 cfm.
Built on around 3.75 acres, the plant is geared to meet all the requirements of PCB manufacture, especially when it comes to the utilities.   We even have in-house residential accommodation for a large number of managers, supervisors and workers to facilitate the running of 3 shifts.
PCB manufacturing needs large volumes of water and we have our own tube well, with a pumping capacity of 200 litres of water per minute.    
To meet our power requirements, we have an independent 11 KVA feeder from the State Electricity Board to our factory, along with the facility of stepping the voltage down to the required level. As a back-up, we also have a Diesel Generator with a capacity of 250 KVA.
